课程CURRICULUM
两级 24 周，一周一课Two levels, 24 weeks, one lesson a week
每周三篇：课上精读一篇，在家读两篇（一篇自写的生活文，一篇公版外国故事）。 每课一首歌，把这一周的新字全唱进去。 Three texts a week: one read closely in class, two at home — one slice-of-life piece we write, one public-domain story we translate. Every lesson has a song carrying that week's new characters.

为什么全部自己写WHY WE WRITE EVERYTHING
分级读物按年级分，我们按「这个孩子认识哪些字」分 Graded readers sort by school year. We sort by which characters this child knows.
一道机器校验An automated gate
每一篇写完都要过校验：生字有没有超、有没有漏报、上一课的字这一课有没有再露面。 过不了就打回重写。 Every text is checked by script: too many new characters, undeclared ones, or last week's characters failing to reappear — any of these sends it back for a rewrite.
旧字必须回来Old characters must come back
上一课教的字，这一课至少要有三成再出现；第一级的 181 个字，在第二级里每课都要露面。 学完就扔的字，等于没学。 At least 30% of last lesson's characters must reappear this lesson. A character taught once and never seen again was never taught.
版权干净Copyright-clean
母题取自伊索、格林、安徒生、鹅妈妈、先秦典籍与上古神话，全部公有领域， 白话与译文由我们自己写。一篇现成文本都没有用。 Source motifs are all public domain — Aesop, Grimm, Andersen, Mother Goose, pre-Qin classics and ancient myth. Not one existing text is reused.

第 8 周Week 8
期中再测一次。这次的个人数字我们不拿去跟上次比——八周教掉的字还没超过测量误差， 比了只是在比运气。 A mid-term retest. We do not compare an individual's number to the first one — eight weeks of teaching is still inside the measurement error.
第 12 周Week 12
期末再测。这一次数字才说得上话，但我们先给你看的是他的本子—— 第一周那一页和这一周这一页放在一起，那个不会抖。 A final retest — now the number means something. But we show you the notebook first: week one's page beside this week's. That comparison doesn't wobble.
写字要用本子，整整一期用同一本。期末那天，我们要孩子自己翻回第一页—— 中间每一页都跟前一页差不多，看不出哪一页忽然变好了；可是第一页和今天这一页放在一起，差得很远。 Writing goes in a physical notebook, the same one all term. On the last day we ask the child to flip back to page one. Every page looks like the one before it — but page one next to today's page is a different child's handwriting.
